I spent the last 15 years as a RE developer and defense contractor for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Over those years I've developed a strong distaste for RE agents and brokers. I was quite surprised to see Scott Miller break this mold. Scott has what most all RE brokers/agents lack - absolute integrity. I would normally never recommend using any broker/agent for any type of RE transaction. Nevertheless, after (2) successful acquisitions within 90 days, I could tell you that I will not be working with any other realtor in Southern California. He protected me every step of the way while being humble and grounded to know the clear extent of what was plausible for me. It was nothing short of an absolute pleasure hiring Scott Miller.

Scott did a great job selling my home in Summer Lane. He was assertive in getting the home sold quickly and at a great price. He assisted me in finding and scheduling a painter to spruce up the home's appearance before the open house. Scott was great at communicating with me throughout the process and keeping me informed. Choosing Scott Miller as our realtor was the greatest decision me and my husband made to sell our house. He made the process extremely easy and we didn't have to worry about anything cuz he took care of everything before we even asked. I ran into Scott Miller at one of his listings down the street from my home. I told him we were thinking about listing in the future. He came over that day to look at our house and we immediately were impressed with him. He is extremely professional but you still feel like he is a friend. We felt very comfortable with him. Needless to say we listed with him and our house sold for asking asking price within a month.
